Hello! I’m Catrina, a fantasy romance writer living near Midcoast Maine with my loving husband and our children, who continue to be my biggest supporters. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and have been writing for enjoyment since my mid teens, though for much of my life I believed I lacked a creative outlet entirely—until I realized writing had always been mine.

As an avid reader of dystopian fiction and romantasy, I’m drawn to stories that explore grief, resilience, longing, and the ache of yearning for something that feels forever out of reach while still finding the courage to pursue it. My work often centers on emotional endurance, fractured hope, and the enduring connections people forge in darkness.

I’ve dreamed of becoming an author for as long as I can remember, beginning my journey first as a book reviewer before finally turning my own stories into reality. When I’m not writing, I can usually be found being a mom first, then reading, hiking, worldbuilding, or disappearing into fictional lore with absolutely no concept of passing time.
